Shipping Policy

All Soothe & Soar Ritual Boxes are lovingly prepared and shipped on a set schedule to ensure a seamless experience.

 

Shipping Schedule

Bi-Monthly Boxes (Recurring Subscription): Shipped on the 15th of every other month.

Example: If you subscribe or purchase a box in October, your first shipment will be processed on November 15th, with subsequent bi-monthly boxes following the 15th schedule.

One-Time Boxes (Limited Edition): Shipped on the 15th of the month as indicated at checkout.

Digital/Virtual Products: Delivered based on the order details and the product page.

 

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within the U.S.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

If you are interested in international shipping, please email sootheandsoar@gmail.com  within 7 days after dispatch.

 

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all shipped orders.

Once your tracking number is sent, we encourage you to monitor your shipment for timely updates.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact sootheandsoar@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

 

Lost Packages

Soothe & Soar Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier.

If your package is lost, please contact sootheandsoar@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
