When will my box ship?

One-time orders: Next Shipment November 15, 2025 | Limited Editions: TBA

Subscription orders: Next Shipment November 15, 2025, then every other month on the 15th.   

➡️2026 Schedule: January 15, 2025, March 15, 2026, May 15, 2026, July 15, 2026, Sept. 15, 2026, November 15, 2026

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the U.S. and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more locations soon.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, you can log into your account and update your address before the next billing date.

How does billing work?

One-time orders: Charged once at checkout.

Bi-monthly subscription plan @49.00: Billed the first time at $49.00, then billed every other month.

Annual plan: Billed once upfront, covering six boxes over the course of a year.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You’re in full control. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard, with changes applying to future renewals.

What if I want to try just one box?

You can choose the one-time box, which ships November 15, 2025. If no one-time boxes are currently available, email soothesoar@gmail.com.@gmail.com to check options.

What kinds of items are included?

Each box is curated with intention and changes from season to season. You’ll find a mix of ritual tools like teas, herbal blends, oils, candles, crystals, guided practices, and digital resources to help regulate your nervous system and restore your energy.

Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Everything in your box is vegan, cruelty-free, and chosen with sensitivity in mind.

 

How are the products selected?

Our founder hand-curates items from women-owned and small businesses that align with our values of healing, sustainability, and empowerment.

Can I give Soothe & Soar as a gift?

Absolutely! You can gift a subscription, or request a one-time box. If no one-time boxes are available, email us at sootheandsoar@gmail.com.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Please email soothesoar@gmail.com with photos and we’ll make it right.
